Behind walls of illusions surge...

The Path

Open imbrue passages;

paved before the hands of time-

Slowly eradicating definitions;

Caverns echo memorandums chime...

As the distant ages evolve;

The stones of grotto merge-

Hidden sanctuary of destiny;

Behind walls of illusions surge…

Hammered like the chisel;

Upon the stones of death’s benign-

Ancient words of wisdom;

Beneath the stars define…

The map of questing knowledge;

Under moons of heralding call-

Silently evoking a message;

Before the path we pave will fall…

The rhythm flows beautifully
in this one poetess and the
message is one that feels timeless.
We only have so much time here
and we must use it wisely.
Thoughtfully articulated
excellent image

Only we can be blamed for select the wrong path, although we also invented the scapegoat!

Chilling tales of the terminally introverted masses who hide so expertly amongst us...
