Pearls...Pearls...Pearls... my favorite pieces--over diamonds even... DYK that the pearl forms as a a means of protection?
Salinity of Tide The womb of oceans current; Mollusk filled shells reveal; Armaments inside lurid darkness; Protective carapace conceals. Cupped inside skeletal creations; Cleansing the reefs shadowy waters; Salinity of tide nurtures veins of ore; As jewels of pearls are intricately offered.
