The Ambience of the Solstice Come

Winter's wondrous wonderland Awash with memories of yesteryear Cold delicious laughter upon the wind Frosty breath clouds hopeful eyes Season's Greetings fill the air The crunch of snow a charming sound Hot and delicious liquids warm hearts with steaming bubbles and frothy joy Children's voices scream and shout the icy playground shattered nigh as old curmudgeons gather near ice-fishing to their soul's content Mother's nurse babies swaddled warm Upon the breast whilst fathers work Industrious nature charged full tilt Progress a'march worlds to create Nature's bounty season's promise Winter's breath of love's first smile Silvery scenes of abundance abound As winter's wonder awakens we
