Struggling through a field of pain
Is brave for any soul
When it’s sunny you don’t want rain
Peace and quiet, your goal

And if you look around and see
Another’s pain is real
How can you hide within your peace
And not attempt to heal?

It’s never too late to change your mind
Whilst still alive on earth
The future’s calling all souls in
To unknown joy and worth

So give give give, but never give up
And then you’ll see it plain
Another man’s struggle will help you both
Your sun shines through his pain
