It's raining very hard outside.
The sky is dark and gray.
I am curled up on my couch
...feeling warm inside today.
My cats are curled up beside me.

I can spend my time thinking of the bad...
of the love I tried to save and lost.
To think of all the tears that were shed
and how they came at great cost.

Today is finally here.
I am healing in my heart and mind,
I am no longer full of fear.
I know I tried very hard.

But, you can have a alot of serenity
when you know you did your best.
It helps you when it's time to embark
on another love-seeking quest.
