Kody and I adopted each other on 11/22/08 and in the three months we've been together, he and I have become the best of friends, except at 3:30 am when he decides he's ready for breakfast and he jumps into bed with me. Oh, well, I do my best writing early in the morning anyway. Very lovely write.

Thank GOD for caring people like yourself! If only more people were willing to adopt a shelter pet; they make wonderful pets. I know: I had a Maine Coon I'd adopted from a shelter (or she adopted ME, rather!), and she was the BEST!
