Poor Cupid he's so flustered about the birth of his first child, he's even more muddled than usual.

Cupid’s Completely Muddled

Cupid is completely muddled, his Cupie’s birth is getting near.

He runs around in circles and nothing is quite clear.

He goes out every single day to shoot is little bow.

But he’s so off his mark that he even shot a doe.

When he shot her only a porcupine was seen standing there.

She had no idea what to do with him & with all his bizarre hair.

But he didn’t give up & he kept on tryin to match the right pair.

But when your aim is off so bad, you can only shoot if you dare.

Besides, he’s still upset about the concert thing & took a lot of slack.

The teasing really got to him and now self-confidence he lacks.

This time shot must be perfect for his reputation is at stake.

He has taken all the ridicule that this little Cupid can take.

He saw an old man walking by him swaying back and forth.

He was going west, east, south and finally he turned north.

Cupid watched this tottering old man teeter into a corner bar.

So little Cupid followed him, it was really close and not too far.

That was when he saw a clumsy lady falling off her stool.

There was this old man’s mate, she was another drunken fool

So he shot his little arrow and again he missed his mark.

He hit a dog at the end of the bar and the dog began to bark.

O’ how angry that dog was for he already had his mate.

So Cupid paid the price when he hopped over the doggie gate.

One bite was all it took and Cupid’s behind was a bite slighter.

He didn’t stick around long for Cupid’s a lover not a fighter.
