Passion

~ Passion ~

Emotions felt swirled in colors of red,
intensified with clarity
upon moments, without words said.

Within, rising to heights unknown
feelings raged tormented
seeking pleasures, expelled moans.

Surrendering body, mind and soul,
inner particles ignited
to flames, and then to explode.

Emotions faded into colors of blue,
lulled to silence
contentment felt, through and through.

Emptiness then filled the voided space,
leaving us yearning
to recapture passion's embrace.
