The Pain Begins was written by my dear beautiful friend Patricia, whom, at the young age of 50, for reasons known only to her, committed suicide. I post this writing, exactly as she wrote it in her memory. I miss you still Patricia.

end,drink, sleepingThe Pain Begins

After one real heartbreak, you are never the same.

But you still feel the sunshine, and hear the rain.

Just when you think you will never live again,
your senses sharpen, and the pain begins.

How could I have thought my life so complete,

When I had never tasted lonely,
or wore restlessness upon my feet.

Why is it when you think you are at the end,
your senses are sharpened and the pain begins?

I drink you in my morning coffee,

I say goodnight when the sun is no longer high,

I dream of you when I am sleeping,
and of better days gone by.

(((HUGS))) and prayers, Tina - I'm sorry for your loss. Don't let her action color your world in darkness and sadness -

Love, Karla.

The Steel Chains of Love by Rose Rideout

I have taken pride in writing this novel as so many people have the wrong impression on bikers because they dress in leather clothing which is to protect themselves in case of an accident. The majority of bikers are known Policemen, Firemen, Doctors,
