Things have gotten out of hand.
Now I speak every chance I can.
I'm not going to take it any more.
I know it's time to walk out that door.
Waiting around on someone else to
Make me happy,
For someone else to change-----
It is I who must look to myself
And go on and come full circle.
No blame.
Own my shame.
Embrace it.
Clear it.
And move on.
I must remember the change must be made-----
By me.
In me.
Even if the change is going separate ways
If I don't it will smother me
And I will wither,
dying with the gifts in me.
Never used.
Purpose unfullfilled.
That's why this day,
I come full circle.

This is one I can truly relate to.. I once lost myself while waiting for someone else to change. The images you portray here are so true.. I especially related to this part: "Even if the change is going separate ways
If I don't it will smother me
And I will wither,
dying with the gifts in me."
Pecked to Death offers a refreshing perspective on managing the chaos of everyday life, encouraging you to take control and prioritize what truly matters.
If I don't it will smother me
And I will wither,
dying with the gifts in me."
