Prayer and meditation is for you and me Prayer and meditation brings the presence of God - Let me pray and meditate so he becomes present Prayer and meditation quiets the mind - Let me pray and meditate to quiet my mind Prayer and meditation softens the heart - Let me pray and meditate to soften my heart Prayer and meditation guides us to right action - Let me pray and mediate so that I take right action Prayer and meditation makes a difference in the world - Let me pray and meditate so that my prayers and mediation be added to the prayers and mediation - Of others to make a better world I pray for the knowledge of your will for me and the power to carry that out, and I meditate to receive That knowledge and power to be all that you want me to be (c)Tuchy palmieri 2008 www.healing--habits.com

Sometimes when I meditate He tells me to pray, and when I am praying He suggest I meditate, then...we get in one of those heated arguments that's common between father's and sons...but, hey! I love very much my Heavenly Father even when He, sometimes, goes Mighty Lord on me.
