Thank you Linda for this wonderful tribute to my son. My little Zack is now an angel watching over all of us. He was truley a special gift to us. My heart aches to know that he was with us for such a short time. Every time I think about it, my heart gets ripped out and my stomach hits the floor. I don't think that this will ever get easier. It just keeps getting harder. If it wasn't for little Jake, I would go crazy. It will never be the same without him. But thanks to these tributes, I know how much Zack touched everyones lives. And I am honored. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

I can't get enough of your tributes to my grandson, Zack, who is now a beautiful angel in heaven. These holidays are the worst, especially with his birthday falling on Thanksgiving Day. But we all did good that day. I bought 20 balloons, 10 yellow and 10 different colors(yellow was his favorite color and the only color he could say). Becky wrote happy birthday Buggs in the snow over his grave. We went to an open area of the cemetary and let the balloons go up in the sky. We went back to his grave where Becky, Mike, my sister Ginny and her daughter Audrey, Craig(Becky's dad), my step-daughter Connie and granddaughter Cayla, my sons Nick and Josh, and myself all sang happy birthday to Zack. We tried to make something positive from something so sad. We then had dinner at Connies, and her 2 kids,Cayla and Nathan wanted to put 3 candles in the pumpkin pie for his birthday, but didn't want to upset Becky. They even asked their mom, " If we can't sing Happy Birthday out loud, can we sing it to ourselves?" Becky thought it was a great idea and even brought an 8 x 10 of Zack, so he too would be there.
God Bless each and every one of you here at AD for keeping my little Zack's spirit alive.
