A Child's Tears
"I've lost it", he said to himself one day
"Misplaced it or perhaps unknowingly put it away."
"Don't know where, I know I had it just yesterday."
He wandered aimlessly through the house looking,
"Not here on the closet shelf,"
"nor there where the stair lies bare."
But the day moves on,
"No more time to look,"
"to much to do, to see, to be..."
"I'll come back when I find the time." said he.
"Then, yes then I'll do a proper search,"
"no rushing about, no other places to be."
And the day moved on
"Busy, to much to do, no time to even think"
"No time for me, here then there I must be."
"What a day, what a life, but soon, yes, soon."
"Only me, Then I'll have the time to look."
Then evening approached
He had the time, and looked for what was lost.
Wandered aimlessly, poked through boxes bare.
Closets full of dust, there was nothing there.
Then he found it where he left it,
as he left it, laying there.
The dark of night closed around
He gently picked it from the ground
It glowed, and gleamed from there inside.
Then deep within its twisting, misty depths he saw,
He, The child that used to be
Looking out, and tears rolling down for that what was,
that lost, now found...

An ontologic artistic compósition... "A Child's Tears" reveals the the social and soul's searching in its poemization. A poetic feast in philosophic table.
In admiration,

Excellent poetry, A magical tale of what used to be, I feel most of us are still searching for that 'little' child still inside all of us. Some are fortunate enough to find it.:)
Many blessings,
