Circling, circling

round and round,

sinking further

down and down

deep into darkness

empty of light,

to depths untouched

by even the night;

deeper we fall

into nothing, its true ,

pealing back the pure shell

that sheltered us two;

as death takes his hold

and the world starts to burn,

shock scars faces of all

who find it their turn,

until nothing remains

except for a void:

This road we have followed

till all’s been destroyed.
