A little girl went on a journey

She decided she was going to find Christmas

She had heard people say Merry Christmas

but  wondered where and what Christmas was

She went to stores and saw all the decorations and

people buying presents, but she didn't  find Christmas there

She went to the Chrsitmas tree lots and saw families

picking out their tree, but didn't find Christmas there

She went to Chtistmas parties with other children

and although it was fun, she didn't find it there

She was wondering if she would ever find it

or i it even existed.She wasn't  sure if

she would know she found Chrsitmas even

if it was right in front of her.

It was Chrsitmas eve and she was discouraged

She was sitting on her back porch and looked

in the sky. It was beautiful that night. There was a full moon

and many stars.One particular star fascinated her

She could not keep her eyes off the light that seemed

to shine brighter that anyother star or even the moon

What was it about this star?

As she gazed t she heard a soft gentle voice

This is what Chrsitmas is. Tonight you will

a new birth within in you. You will always

have the light of God in you.

She had  calmness and peace

She also felt a joy

Now she had found Chrsitmas!
