We've all been in this garden, and maybe still have one growing someplace, just to remind us ...
THE GARDEN Memory is a path Littered with broken glass. Each step opens old wounds, Like stigmata, Poppies of blood, Blooming brightly, Rooted deep in barren soil Where nothing grows But pain. Come: walk with me In my garden. Let me show you The fruits of time, Fed by sorrow, Watered with tears.

This is really well-written. The imagery seems to pull from many places which is great, from the garden to the stigmata giving it almost inspirational undertones as well as the obvious. Good stuff.
