This is about letting the past slide, and not letting it interupt the present.
So thick in the air is tension,
To the point where any blade,
Even the dullest of kinds could
Cut through between all people.
Now this has cut through you and I as well.
All connection lost among the strongest of connections.
All of us, as people, have restorted to chaos
In trying to come together again.
Every question, seemed to be rhetorical, answered.
Yet no one is well enough to hear it.
No one is well enough to consider it.
Us, as a species of all species, crumbled.
For those still standing, they're the new reality.
