Tick-tock one o’clock
The moon is high in the sky
Tick-tock two o’clock
Dreaming up a lullaby
Tick-tock three o’clock
Dream yields to reality
Tick-tock four o’clock
Driving into the city
Tick-tock five o’clock
A hint of dawn in the east
Tick-tock six o’clock
There’s no traffic jam at least
Tick-tock seven o’clock
I think I will take the stairs
Tick-tock eight o’clock
My boss is putting on airs
Tick-tock nine o’clock
I’m on a conference call
Tick-tock ten o’clock
She is coming down the hall
Tick-tock eleven o’clock
She’s lovely like in the dream
Tick-tock twelve o’clock
A lunchtime walk by the stream
Tick-tock one o’clock
Concentrating on my work
Tick-tock two o’clock
The boss could become a perk
Tick-tock three o’clock
Only one hour to go
Tick-tock four o’clock
She is great for my ego
Tick-tock five o’clock
I’m giving her a ride home

I just love her garden gnome

She’s letting me take her out

There’s so much to talk about

Dinner and a little dance

I’m glad that I took the chance

Saying goodnight at her door
