Good for you! For those afraid of the news thinking it's distorted or fake, I say you have a distorted view of the world from lack of input. There's nothing wrong with the mainstream news channels that always strive to provide unbiased and accurate news. Good journalism demands it. Nothing has changed except the world as become more complex and change is everywhere challenging what was always thought to be so. It is just folks like those who don't get the news who have very distorted view of reality from their limited perspective, and then they go vote without knowing what they are really voting for.
