(Bill Blake was a real guy from Boston with a problematic name I guess for a writing teacher; yes he was William Blake, but he was Bill, he was Mr. Blake. So when I thank my poetry teacher at Santa Ana College, and call it Thank You Mr. Blake, I'm talking about Bill.)
I believe you are referring to the author and poet, William Blake. I may have read them along the way, but don't recall reading any of his works. I'm glad that you are inspired by him to become a poet.
We always have that very special person who would give us inspiration in life to do the things we like to do and what this person would see in us sometimes we don't know it ourselves that we have the talents to do it. I'm so glad that you have met that wonderful person, Mr. Blake!
