Evilness walks upright among us A predator in the guise of a man His words drip of concern and sweetness But his heart is vile and black It is the young in which he seeks So he may drink deep of their innocence Capturing their spirit while at its peak Leaving but a shell of what once was His toxic touch is born of sickness Justifying his depravity as "Love" He leaves a false sense of righteousness His soul is full of rot and disease His victims are powerless against him They know not what he is inside Until it's too late for them to flee A fruitless battle of the spider and the fly How many countless victims has he left... Confused, sickened, questioning their fate Stumbling blindly, scarred and ashamed Trying to live a life that doesn't fit anymore A destroyer of families, wrecking chaos in his wake He moves on to the younger ones...the innocents Casting off those who've grown to old for his interest Heed the warning "Keep your children close" For the devil looks no different than...
