"As moisture kisses petals bound, seems birth
Sways and swings, with mirth. Untouched photo
Yearns to be the epitome of worth.
Where earth’s not seen, overloads pulse. So, go
Into leaf or lapse. ! Go back, wait, calm down.
Relax. As petals rise to moisture, see,
In retrospect, greener grown to sound
The apocalypse! So is a rose. See?
Can’t stop looking at the patterns on the
Petals. Fluid, yet, stark. So, upon Rose,
I set my heart. Ha, silly rose! I kneel
Below iconic beauty! I see throes
Of frozen replicas' lapses! What woes promote,
Such a state of collapses!" .. poet wrote.
