The time is near.
-------------------------

Day time changes into night time

Just as night time changes into day time

My time becomes a lie as I tell everyone I am fine

Everyone I speak with thinks my hours are sublime

Well they are not

I am feeling warm and hot

Maybe I need a vacation from the web

After all why write about the dead

She is gone now never to return

While I take up space ready to be a burn

Maggots eat my flesh

For I am nothing but sour mesh

So when it finally is my time to go

I will not make a sound not even the horn will blow

I do not know what it would be like to lose someone so close, to have them pass away. I can tell you that I have been in torment for the past month... ...and it is because of a great loss (although she has not passed away). I extend to you my sympathy with love and peace, Tony.

When we remember the dead, when we write about them they live again and encourage us to go on living.

TONY, LET US TALK. AS YOU KNOW, POETS ARE GIFTED IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS. MANY HAVE THE GIFT OF 'IMAGINATION'. THEY CAN SEE THEMSELVES IN CERTAIN SITUATIONS AND WRITE AS IF IT IS REALLY HAPPENING...THIS IS GOOD, BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN INSIGHT INTO MANY ACTUAL OCCURRENCES IN THIS LIFE AND THEIR POETRY HELPS OTHERS IN MANY WAYS. I DO NOT HAVE THIS GIFT. THE POETRY I AM INSPIRED TO WRITE IS MY LIFE...MY TESTIMONY AND IT IS BASED ON ACTUAL EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE. SO WHAT AM I SAYING? I AM SAYING THAT I WOULD NOT TELL YOU THAT GOD IS A 'MIRACLE WORKER' AND THAT HE IS ABLE TO KEEP YOU THROUGH THE HARDEST OF TIMES, IF HE HAD NOT ALREADY DONE(AND IS STILL DOING)THIS FOR ME. THERE ARE TIMES WHEN I AM TRULY 'BURDENED DOWN', MY FRIEND. THERE ARE TIMES WHEN I DON'T KNOW WHICH WAY TO TURN...BUT DURING THESE TIMES, THERE IS ALWAYS THIS STILL, SMALL VOICE THAT REMINDS ME...JESUS IS STILL IN CHARGE. AND YES, AT THOSE TIMES, IF I AM ASKED, 'HOW I AM DOING'? I RESPOND;...'I AM FINE'. NOT ME, BUT THE CHRIST IS ME, IS FINE. IT IS NOT A LIE WHEN YOU SAY TO SOMEONE, '...I AM FINE...' FOR THIS IS THE 'SPIRIT OF GOD' THAT SPEAKS FOR YOU!. HE IS REMINDING YOU THAT HE IS WITH YOU, SO, HANG IN THERE TONY...AND THEN WRITE ABOUT IT! WRITE ABOUT THE 'POWER OF GOD' IN YOUR LIFE AND HOW, IN SPITE OF WHATEVER HAS COME OR WILL COME YOUR WAY...TO GOD BE THE GLORY! 'VICTORIOUS LIVING' DOES NOT MEAN THAT ONE WILL NOT SUFFER...DEPRESSION(IN SOME FORM OR ANOTHER)IT ONLY MEANS THAT DAY AFTER DAY WE ARE GIVEN THE VICTORY OVER IT THROUGH THE PREVIOUS BLOOD OF THE ETERNAL LAMB! AND I 'LOVE' AND CAN RELATE TO, THE LAST TWO LINES OF THIS WORK. BECAUSE WHEN MY HOUR OF DEPARTURE ARRIVES, I WILL NOT MAKE A SOUND OR BLOW A HORN EITHER. I WILL WALK BOLDLY INTO 'HIS PRESENCE'(AND SO WILL YOU, TONY)AND WE WILL HEAR HIM SAY...'WELCOME HOME, MY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT...COME AND TAKE YOUR REST'! THANK YOU FOR SHARING, WITH MUCH LOVE AND PRAYERS FOR THE PEACE OF GOD TO BE YOURS...BLESSINGS & PEACE. JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS

Tony, So sorry for your loss, but life goes on.

The sun will come up again tomorrow. You have to push on.

Keep doing that and eventually a new door opens.

If you can muster the courage to step through it, AMAZING awaits you.

Tony,
That you are still here and sharing your world
as honestly and beautifully as you do
is testament to life itself and the will to go on.
You are a noble soul.

Bumping Off Fat Vinny by MORGAN ST. JAMES

Revenge is Fun series. Publisher Vinny Vitali deserves to be whacked, but for some reason he's like a cat with 9 lives. He's holding a mob widow's memoir hostage and the authors want to kill him, but he won't die.
