In a word of separation
I only have one fear
Nothing lasts forever now,
Except for shadow tear
The cloak wraps around me
I find it hard to breathe
Life devoid of brightness
Shattered by the sheath
Then I am awakened
By hand pushed into light
A star dancing across darkness
Comet in full flight
A blast to the subconscious
The fire lit within
Hope replaces lost hope
For those who could not win
Clouds they dance a cha cha
In a dress of grey and blue
Natures glitter glistens
Like sparkles stuck by glue
Hope becomes the rainbow
That the light deserves to kiss
For life itself is beauty
In a world, I cannot miss

I like your theory and rhythm, I have a suggestion for you. The 1st
verse needs a 4th line to fulfill as per= "or memory of the disavowed"
also 3rd verse= 2nd line to reverse it saying " Pushed by hand into the light, gives it a musical flare. Keep it up Pilgrim doing great
