It's strange how someone can change your life Especially when your heart has been torn with a knife You try to forget all your sorrow and pain But in actual life it sticks like a stain Trust isn't always a very easy subject But in times like this, I must object When it comes to trust from me Then no one but you it will be I am your friend and forever will be If you promise to always remember me I met you as a stranger I got to know you as a friend On me you can always depend, You are my very best friend. © 2010 Sonnet Kruger

Dear Sonnet,

I just read your insightful piece, From Strangers to Friends." Well, I have several friends on Authors Den. It's strange that you can write almost anything to someone on the den and most folks here will treat your writing with care and respect so you can grow and explore the depths of your writing. Yes, they are like having pen pals but they are so wonderful. I encourage you to continue the journey and do not judge your writing by haw many have read it but my the kind comments of a few who before - you really never knew.
