Some things are best left unsaid

How sadly true that is.

We all must deal with demons of the past in our own way Sara. For some it is to face it, lay it out in the open and hope that others understand. For others it is to hide it away and try and pretend it never happened. Some lay the it out but blame the world and still some where it like a crutch to seek for pity. I believe that we do not need to hide our past, flaunt our past, or ignore our past...the past for better or worst molded us into the person we are so if we are to be loved for who we are then they must accept we had a past. Great thought provoking write dear friend

Ah, I wonder How Many Times in my life - I have penned a heartfelt letter to someone but the letter was never sent. Not usually because of any sense of shame, but perhaps out of fear that the message (and therefore myself) would be rejected. A lifetime of unsent messages, and there is something achy-breaky in the sound of silence. You convey this message so well, Sara!
