You hold my hand, guide me where I've never been. You press against me with the weight of stars. The moment's ours, but no one lives it. Shun the one, even though you felt it. Your fingers clasp mine just a little tighter. Our lives entwine, one about the other. You are hope, and grief, that I cannot let go. My constant companion. I've never said no.
