Some men argue the use of might for right,
Yet in wars, ardent spirits succumb to dark purpose,
And use a darkness to find evil in the light.

We dream of flight, trek to new heights,
To evade what we infect....then envy the just?,
That argue the use of might for right.

Men crusade for true evil to smite,
Yet in the quest, find it hidden in all of us,
And use a darkness to find evil in light.

Mesmerized by the sword, steel death in flight,
To land through the thoughts of those who cuss,
By arguing the use of might for right.

Why search for morning, when caressed by the night?
Harness the catalyst of drugs, the illusion of lust,
And use a darkness to find evil in light.

For though they steal our voice, delude our sight,
Thousands may sleep, for only one must
Breathe the spirit of might for right,
And utilize their darkness to lift evil from the light.
