All a boy is here for is to write his wrongs,
I just pray to god I haven't been gone for too long.
The light shines on only half of my mind,
As the other side remains dormently deaf, dumb, and blind.
Like two of a kind, I lost the hand he dealt me,
When I leave from that stand, I only hope that he fealt me.
For he judged me, after this brush of sin nudged me,
As I wait for them to tug, or reveal a world of mine.
This academic high set by a sneering set of eyes,
Like a lyrical lie, I stay away like the plague.
But can this critical cry ride me enough for them to blame,
Me for their faults, just because I got caught,
Doesn't mean I suddenly forgot what I was taught,
Or even lost what I sought, a way to end this struggle,
But there's no way I'll win while I'm stuck in this bubble.
Plunging though this puddle of erroneus man,
Trudging into trouble with no helping hand,
With no time-tested plan can a man really help here?
I pray to god He saves the man unafraid to be knealt here.
To think one day I'll sweat before the solemn smug,
As blood, bulk, and bone breaks I wait for time to tug,
At my heartstring, for being apart brings,
A withering wail when I fall upon the hard things.
And as the world froze there was left only a gavel,
Pounding on my fate like molten steel to an anvil.
As one voice comes alive to drive the words "not guilty."
Wow! I'll never keep this up or else
the suspense just might kill me.
