Three sides of the same coin. All real downers. The only way that will get you out of this state of depression is to take the bull by the horns, rejecting all that help that doesn't materialize, and do it your self, one step at a time. Ride that horse hard.

We all have a dark side that threatens to extinguish whatever light or hope we might still have. Fight it. Don't let it rule you.

I hope you will get out of your depression very soon. I have to say that you are not alone. During this pandemic many are developing depression. Some may be worse than yours. Sometimes, we may be our own worse enemies. We must get up from the ground and start moving forward. I know it is easier said than done, but even at our worst nothing should stop us from moving forward and leaving the depression behind. All we need is the will power to do so.

Life is a cycle of good and bad. When good we must rejoice and live it to the fullest. When bad, we must get up from the ground and start moving away from the bad. I wish you good luck when moving forward.
