There once was a fellow named Saul...
who had some interesting things to say.
His words influenced a president
and a presidential wanna be.

It was he who said...
"Control healthcare and you control the people."

It was he who said...
"Increase the poverty level as high as possible,
poor people are easier to control and will not fight back
if you are providing everything for them to live."

It was he who said...
"Increase the debt to an unsustainable level.
That way you are able to increase taxes
and this will produce more poverty."

It was he who said...
"Remove the ability to defend themseves
from the government.
That way you are able to create a police state."

It was he who said...
"Take control of every aspect of their lives."
(Food, Housing and Income.)

It was he who said...
"Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor.
This will cause more discontent  and will be easier
to take from the wealthy (in the form of taxes)
with the support of the poor."

It was he who said...
"Remove the belief in God from the Government and schools."

So who was this fellow named Saul?
He was the author of "Rules for Radicals fame.
Saul Alinsky was his name.

It is very interesting that among the thousands of books out there, certain ideologues have picked up Saul's book and used it to make President Obama the scapegoat for past sins of presidents and Congress. It's a nice try but a very weak argument with underlying racist undertones.

I have found that among the aging population with arteries clogged from good (and excessive) living with abundant food, that brains starved of nutrients begin to atrophy and fall back on childish notions of the "good life" that never really existed.

It's okay. The elderly, for the most part are well fixed with their retirement packages and do not have to face the problems the young people will now have to solve caused by your generation now worried about all the benefits being provided for all the people that were/are not "of your kind."

Read Tom Hyland's article or Ed Phillips's articles for the other side of the coin.

Yep . . . Seem to me I think Saul Alinsky was/is in league with Obama and was instrumental in helping him rise to where he is today.
