'tis one thing to have my breath taken away by the sheer joy of living on beautiful Cape Cod by the sea. 'tis quite another thing to being breathless with a form of emphysema often refered to simply as COPD. 'tis my good fortune to be able to live in nirvana and breath at all while approaching eighty eight. 'tis no wonder I feel a lttle tuckered out at the end of the day. and can't remember getting to this state.

Ah! The Cape certainly is Nirvana. Sad for your misfortune and hope medicine finds "a cure" in the next 10 minutes!!! Take it easy.

I absolutely relate to this, John. Emphysema! I have been walking down that road for many years. Eh, thank to the superior modern medicine I am able to lead pretty much a normal life. Good luck to you and I hope you will, in the future, be approaching ninety-eight.
