The Rapture
Then darkness descends
O’er the broad day light
Where is my child?
Where is my princess?
Where is the candle light?
What is amiss amidst?

The Rapture
Then darkness descends
O’er the broad day light
Where is my child?
Where is my princess?
Where is the candle light?
What is amiss amidst?
The day strikes
The night revolts

###

Pin pon, pin pon buzzed the radio
Announcing breaking news
Stories of “missages”
Boeing Jet missing
Techno pride gone
Train crashes, cars smashes
Chaos, catastrophe looms

###

Gathering “Born Agains” disappear
Warned he me of a coming change
My thought could it be?
As am taught
As a tot and a toddler
The taking away
The apocalyptic cataclysmic event
The ensuing judgment
Then comes the end.

It's hard to understand this wonderful poem without having Christ deep in your heart.
But when we read the Bible it makes perfect sense, right from the start!
In the end, every knee will bow...Jesus Christ will have victory over all forces of darkness!
This is exciting times! We have so much to look forward to!
Amen & Amen!

A common wish among religious people that has little basis in anything but words written in the hundred years after Christ's death.

My concern is what everybody is so concerned about when life gets better on earth every year when compared among all things.

Welcome to Authors Den. what a great beginning! "Born Agains" anticipate with mixed feelings this spectacular event, knowing the remaining population on earth will be deceived, including some of our most precious family members. We tremble for them, but watch with longing for the event that brings us face-to-face with our God.

Well-written, concise words of warning.

Connie
