How beautiful is love remembered, A love that has gone very far away. They were so young and innocent, Yet their love had already gone astray.
How beautiful is love remembered, There was always a price to pay. Vulnerable and open, eager to please, Their hearts they must obey.
How beautiful is love remembered, Kindness, goodness and tenderness, All have their day. The romance and fantasy of love Brought them still closer And made them want to pray.
How beautiful is love remembered, Resplendent images and music Brightened their way. Such love remembered Is yet more beautiful With every passing day.

Love remembered is a tender writing. Hopefully each of us in life will have such a memory...and If we are lucky, it will be there forever.
