Look around where you are.
Look at your computer.
Look at the desk.
Look at the light.
You don't need to look very far.
They were all once a thought unseen.
They were once an idea,
a miracle created from a dream.
Now look outside the window.
Look at the grass.
Look at the plants.
Look at the sky above.
These things were all also created.
They were created with Gods love.
We were once an idea.
Ideas do not happen just by chance.
Life is precious.
It's worth more than just a glance.
We can create things around us
because God created us first.
So look around where you are.
Life is much more than it seems.
For God's love for us is much more
than we can ever imagine or dream.
Amen

Love how you talk about everything being first an idea. The preciousness of life is also an important reminder when we get caught up in everyday stress. Your poem is inspiring and calming. Sheri
Your poem reminds me of the brevity of life, and "life is much more than it seems". If we could hold our loved ones' lives and not "lose" them, we would. And yes, we need to look at them, while there is time.
Thank you John Michael.
