It would be a boring world if we were all the same. The same thoughts, the same dreams, and even the same names. But we are different, and each person can learn something new. So let us mingle and love our differences, and let's all be renewed.
Our church is open to all and consists of red, white, black, and blue.
We are here to fellowship and pray, not to condemn you.
We are all freaks in another town or another place.
Folks that are different here, may seem strange and out of place.
But we have all been created, which is one thing we share.
So show compassion for the love of God, show that we care!
We are living now, but one day, we will all bid the world goodbye!
So let's enjoy our differences, and learn from one another before we ___

From my early years, I've found that churches were very welcoming places. However, I found their rituals and beliefs to be very outdated and not very useful in our world.
After studying in great universities, both with other students from all over the world and then teaching in universities that were multicultural, including a predominantly black one, when I returned to teach management accounting students near my hometown, I found my very bland and boring except for one shining light, a Native American woman.
Coming from parents who were open, I've always been open and welcoming to almost everyone I meet except those who are obviously very mean and cruel by the way they look and act. Avoiding them is the best way to avoid confrontation.
For many of us, one person's sacred belief may be thrust upon us in a desperate need to apostatize. I've always held my spiritual beliefs private just as I hold my political convictions private. In being private, just as you've done here, one can share a way to think and perhaps believe if such language is short of vitriolic pomposity. Thank you for sharing.
