brought us
GOD to dwell

was to preach
and save

was lost

Immanuel.
But on His Way
He stopped
to heal
and cast out
devils, very real
To bind the wounds
Sin had incurred
ere eye ever saw
ere ear ever heard,
Immanuel!
He Who came
to Be
to set at
liberty
captives of the night,
to bring forth Love’s
Eternal Light,
O’Christ, my Christ,
Immanuel!
A Babe
in manger
a Son
on Cross
O’ Immanuel -
our GOD
with us!
