Distance

If we should meet again,

      in the misty darkness of the future,

      where time does not touch upon the shore,

There will be eternal silence,

      and peaceful waters ebbing o'er.


Sadness shall not dwell there,

      while our hearts forever soar

On that distant morrow,

       high above that peaceful shore.
