Happily Ever After is so Once Upon a Time!
Ever After Authored and Recited by Richard Lee Orey Once in time your face appeared And took my breath away No matter the years as we've moved on I'll never forget that day It wasn't so much your earthly presence That stayed within my heart More it was a spiritual knowing That we'd never ever part Loving you has filled my life With comfort, joy and laughter Our days and nights and in-betweens Promising Ever After Time and space have passed along Our days still shared as one Your love and promise in my life A warm and shining sun We watch the moon and all the stars In the universe above As our fingers touch and we whisper words And gently share our love Loving you has filled my life With comfort, joy and laughter Our days and nights and in-betweens Promising Ever After With a grateful heart I now give thanks For how our love has grown The grace and beauty of your life The precious gift I've known. Your wife is a lucky woman to be loved by a man like you, Richard-and one who can express himself and that love so elequently. This was absolutely beautiful, especially read out loud.

moving and momentous for this splendid anniversary... I pray your celebration is even more joyous than this poem suggests it will be! Happy anniversary, from my wife and me. (pardon the grammar!)
