A MEMORY

There is a memory,
Needs be told,
Of a little boy
To love and hold.
He is so strong
God's special mold
A little lamb
so sweet and bold.
Now with the Lord
In His sheepfold.
He walks, he runs,
On the streets of gold.
In my heart I do enfold
My little boy, so sweet to hold.

There is a memory,
Needs be told,
of a little girl
To love and hold.
She is so soft
God's special mold
A little lamb
so sweet and bold.
Now with the Lord
In His sheepfold.
She walks, she runs,
On the streets of gold.
In my heart I do enfold
My little girl, so sweet to hold.
