Rumors...friends still loyal...Fork tongues speak no lies...Laughing...
Rumors Pause in rush To speak of the devil As we walk hand and hand Paving a path between Their inquisitive opinions You can pick the voices out in the crowd They turn to look you straight in the eye Almost as if they were your best friends Still so loyal Fork tongues speak no lies A quote we laugh about walking forward For No-longer we hide our love in shame For one another The picket fences still stand On the streets where we use to live Only Her former spouse sleeps In my former spouses bed Speak of the devil We moved to the cove Laughing Copyright 2007

Yes, I agree that the Devil comes to destry our Godly relationships and that includes marriage.

It is the devil's plan to destroy God's institution of marriage. Boy oh boy, look how he is succeeding! Once again, like Eve, mankind has picked the forbidden fruit. There is a deeper message to the prose you've penned, Debra. Much to consider.
