Indeed, being on hold (or in hold!) is a very necessary part of empowering us for forward momentum and directing our sails. Even the oceans ebb and flow... without the withdrawing ebb, there would be no turn to force the new tide through. These are getting harder and harder to review. Don't even know the word Seque. I think you described it very well and explained what it is though. At least it sounds good to me. Photo is suprememly interesting and I am trying to analyze it better. Red and green and beige under and out comes purple floating away. Takes my eye too. A colorful Seque you could say.
