Kiss me, my love
As the day turns to night
Brush your lips against mine
With the stars shining so bright
Stare deeply into my eyes, my love
Can you see how deep my feelings are?
I love you so much, my darling one
It has show as brightly as the evening star
I tremble at your caresses, my love
Your fingers create glowing sparks
I see them as you softly touch me
In the midnight black of dark
Your fingers trace a blazing trail, my love
On my forehead, cheeks, and brow
I have never known such overwhelming power
It leaves me breathless somehow
You take the clothes from my body, my love
I watch them float to the ground
Taking me into your arms so tight
I barely make a sound
After you lay me down, my love
On the softest bed of grass
Your lips find mine again
Right before you enter me at last
Our bodies move in rhythm, my love
To music as old as time
Driving us to previously unknown heights
With a magical beat and rhyme
The fairies and elves approve, my love
For they know our secret past
They watch our long awaited reunion
And then they begin to dance
Their dance is one of celebration, my love
Our reunion was long ago foretold
They have been waiting centuries
To watch our love unfold
We’ve known each for so long, my love
Our hearts beat as one
The melody our hearts create
Will be sung long after the earth is gone
