Freddie Mercury
I can't even recall what he was singing
But you could see death on his face
It stared back from his eyes
and not even red lipstick and a forced smile could hide it
Death rarely conceals itself when it's that close
When you can almost touch it, sense it all around
And so he sang for he knew it was the final time
and turned toward the band, his forced smile trembling
a last song he would leave behind
and even Death applauded.
He was good, I sort of like Queen. He lives on in his music, expecially "We are the champions" which is played at every winning Yankees game. Good write.
Her grandma always said she had “the blessing”, and to always use it for good, but sometimes there is shame in fame if a person can’t handle it. Don’t let the Boo Hag ride ya
