If you knew it was near the end, Would you be a kinder friend? If you knew it was near the end, Would you say what you have been holding in? If you knew it was near the end, Would you reach out to all those you’ve ignored and finally hit send? If you knew it was near the end, Would you give those precious dollars towards a charity you believe in? If you knew it was near the end, Would you cleanse yourself from your transgressions? If you knew it was near the end, Would you slow down, Take a look around, And find the compassion within? It doesn’t have to end, To find a way to begin!
