While browsing YouTube I came across a video by JoJo for her song "Too Little, Too Late". I clicked on the video to listen to the song and when the chorus came on and she sang the phrase "too little too late" I felt like an idea for a song was coming and I opened up MS Word, paused her song as not to distract me, and within a half hour I wrote a complete set of lyrics... Here they are.

They sat in the car on a cold rainy day
He told her the words she did not think he'd say

He attacked those she loved, threw his plate on the floor
Then picked up the bottle of red wine and said
Go to hell as he smashed it, shards hitting her head
He stormed out of the room, left her there in tears
As she sat there bleeding, shaking hard and in fear
