Sometimes life may get you down
It may leave you on your own
And everything you’re hoping for
May seem to go right out the door
But it’s not over, don’t give up
There’s still time to fill your cup

 This is a lullaby for the broken hearted
For the wounded, for the departed
For those who feel like all the hope is gone
Have faith, be strong, and you will carry on

 Sometimes life may hit and bruise
It may leave you scared, confused
And you may not know what to do
To heal yourself, to make it through
But you will make it, rise above
Accomplish all you’re dreaming of
