Saint Raphael is one of the seven arcangels of God. He encourages "creative" types and has been known to take the body of a man to walk around us. He protects us from evil and is a healer of ills. He has also been known to matchmake a couple or two.

I missed Thinking About Angels For the Holidays...when I've clicked on it several times for a few days, it takes me to AD's Top 25...so here I am at Saint Raphael, the Angel of the Sun, which was posted in the spring season, Joyce. LOved this- I love the stories of the saints and angels, and my brother who recently passed saw Michael before passing, so this really touched me alot.

Good for St.Rafael! although, going with my present mood
I am all for St George getting rid of those bad dragons.
But St.Rafael has helped a lot, because Satan doesn't want
my soul, he said I was too complicated and that he didn't
play chess.(he saw me playing chess with Him)
