For Spring After the long night Of winter with the stronger light Of spring coming in The long way in the afternoon Where evening had been Before long I get hopeful soon After all to get What people get when they get it Somebody gets wise Comes to see it through opened eyes Not to forget it But I have known since November I would remember This light that never failed me yet Bringing this is it So here I am remembering Here I am for spring Steven Curtis Lance Photo by SCL, the wash out back awash in green
