How Would I Know? I could be demented But how would I know? Anyway contented This way I just go On going knowing who I am even though I may forget the rest I know what to do And that would be my best Having repented Of sins I remember Trusting God forgot Like me in December Others I may not I feel more like in May Like living a lot I like myself this way As if meant to be I give it all I got If dementedly Contented anyway Ending round the bend This is how I transcend Steven Curtis Lance Photo by Jon Baker

From what I've read of your poetry, I see no dementia. Maybe a little mental abnormality but sometimes you write very insightful poetry with no sign of dementia.
